Advance weeks and manage deadlines
Advance Madden first, synchronize the bot phase, and verify room creation and readiness.
Correct a season mismatch first
If Madden reports a different season year, check the connected franchise and use /league edit to set the correct calendar year, then run /week advance. Refresh and status report this mismatch. /week set cannot bypass it, and changing the week alone does not fetch missing results or settle awards.
Use the normal advance workflow
/week advance reads Madden's actual phase and coordinates FranchiseOS scheduling. It is not a command to simulate the Madden franchise. Retrying checks the detected phase instead of blindly incrementing the bot week.
- Review
/week readinessand resolve unfinished or disputed games. - Advance the franchise in Madden.
- Run
/week advance. - Wait for the final synchronization and room counts.
- Check
/week status, the current-week rooms, and next-week scheduling rooms.
/week readiness/week advance/week statusChange the planned deadline
/league edit sets the recurring window, time and timezone. /week shift-advance direction:earlier or direction:later shifts the next advance and open game deadlines by 24 hours. Review the new timestamps after shifting.
An overdue planned time is not evidence that Madden already advanced. Room scheduling and the actual Madden phase can differ until synchronized.
Manual corrections and auto-advance
/week set overrides the bot's week for advanced repair. Do not use it to fix missing rooms, race through the offseason, or guess a phase after a failed import.
/madden auto-advance enabled:true permits conservative bot-week advancement after trusted imported evidence of a Madden advance. It does not execute an EA advance command. Confirm the detected phase and coverage before enabling it.
