Sign in, switch accounts and manage access
Use your Discord identity consistently across the website, app and league server.
Sign in with the correct Discord account
Choose Sign in with Discord and authorize the account that belongs to your league. The account name on the website should match the intended Discord identity. Server membership, team ownership, staff role and subscription access are separate checks.
- Open
/dashboardfrom the correct league server. - Sign in and verify your displayed account.
- If it is the wrong account, sign out and use the account-switch/sign-in flow. Merely changing your Discord nickname does not change the identity.
- If the league is missing, have staff verify membership and assignment before buying a plan to try to unlock it.
Mobile sessions
Use the supported sign-in flow in the mobile app. If the browser opens during authentication, finish the Discord authorization and return to the app when prompted. A canceled or expired flow may need to be restarted.
After a deployment, reopen an old screen before reporting a repeated form error. If sign-in loops, report whether it happens in the native app, Safari/Chrome or both, together with the last completed step.
Account management and deletion
The Account page exposes the current account-management flow. Read the deletion form's consequences and billing status before confirming. Account deletion is different from leaving one league or unassigning one team; use staff ownership tools for those narrower changes.
A billing or deletion error needs review of the saved state. Do not create repeated checkouts or additional accounts to work around a pending operation.
