Grant or remove bot staff access for a Discord role

Staff workflow. Exact access depends on saved league roles, command-specific policy and, for some Discord tools, server permissions. Read Roles and permissions before mapping a Discord role.
Behavior and important distinctions
Maps a Discord role to supported bot staff checks and rooms. It does not create staff membership for every dashboard action. Prefer /league staff assign when assigning a persistent application staff role.
If it fails
- Read the complete response and verify the active league/team or selected record.
- Reopen the current view to see whether the action saved before retrying.
