Overview shows the league's current activity. My Team opens your assigned club. Schedule contains matchup cards and timing controls. Teams shows the GM board. Rosters and player pages contain imported ratings, contracts, abilities, scouting, and production. Trades holds negotiations and approvals. Injuries shows imported availability. League health reports setup and synchronization status.
GOTW & Player Picks and Casino appear when enabled for the league. Staff receive Commissioner and Media Center navigation. The owner control area is separate from league staff access.

On a phone, open the navigation menu. Use Help to reach these guides without guessing a command.
A roster is the latest successfully applied imported snapshot, not a live view of your console. Check the data timestamp and relevant dataset status. A recent schedule sync does not necessarily mean the roster or player stats were updated at the same time.
If a page seems stale after a successful action, reload once and verify the saved record. Do not repeatedly submit purchases, destructive resets, or manual corrections just because a card has not refreshed.
