Manage commissioner and staff access
Assign saved staff roles, transfer the primary commissioner, and keep committee access separate.
Choose the right role
Use /league staff list to review current assignments. /league staff assign accepts Co-Commissioner, League Admin, or Trade Committee. The default role is Co-Commissioner. League Admin is useful for staff who should use the dashboard without owning a team.
/league staff listTransfer or remove access
/league staff commissioner transfers the primary commissioner role. /league staff remove removes general staff access. /league staff committee-remove removes trade voting membership without changing other roles or team ownership.
Before transferring control or removing staff, verify the target Discord identity and the intended scope. A Discord display name is not a stable identity. Afterward, check the saved staff list and have the member reopen the dashboard.
Mapped Discord staff roles
/settings staff-role grants or removes supported bot staff access for a normal Discord role. Managed roles and roles already granting Administrator are not appropriate mapping targets. This does not replace saved league roles for all dashboard actions.
