Plans, AI allowance and billing
Understand personal access, league access and the separate AI add-on before choosing a plan.
Choose the right scope
Starter retains the supported basic league-management views. Individual unlocks eligible full-dashboard access for that person across leagues they already belong to. League covers the eligible full dashboard for the league. Neither purchases a team assignment or commissioner role.
The AI add-on funds news and graphics allowance separately. A League plan is not required to hold the AI add-on. Legacy league access can already cover base dashboard access. Use the live plan screen for current availability, price and included allowance.
Start or manage billing
League plans are managed by eligible staff; individual billing belongs to the signed-in payer. Another commissioner's existing subscription cannot be silently taken over.
- Confirm the signed-in account and selected league.
- Review the plan scope, price and payer on the live checkout.
- Complete the existing checkout once and return to FranchiseOS.
- Use Manage billing for an existing subscription rather than buying again.
Payment completed but access is pending
Reopen the plan view and allow reconciliation to complete. A processing or completed checkout is not a reason to pay a second time. Preserve the subscription/checkout reference for private support if access stays stale.
Canceling a paid plan does not make an existing trade impossible to finish or remove billing-management access. A feature can also be disabled by league settings, so inspect the reason shown rather than assuming every disabled button is a payment problem.
